What Voters Need to Know

It is vitally important that Maryland voters know that Angela Alsobrooks is the Senator Maryland needs. Find out more at Maryland – Help Defend the Senate.

On the other hand, Delaware voters on the go and in mail need to know that Lisa Blunt Rochester understands how to improve Delaware’s economy and is working hard with both parties to expand economic opportunity and cut costs for the middle class.

  • As Secretary of Labor for Governor Carper and then as Delaware’s State Personnel Director for Governor Minner, Blunt Rochester worked to improve Delaware’s economy by training workers and connecting them with companies seeking employees.
  • In Congress, Blunt Rochester worked with both parties to bring supply chains and manufacturing jobs back to the United States.
  • Blunt Rochester knows that not having a college degree should not hold someone back from having a good job with a good wage. That is why she has worked across the aisle/with Republicans to expand vocational education and job training programs.
  • Blunt Rochester is calling for an investigation into unfair trade practices and price gouging by large supermarket chains and big corporations who continue to raise prices while making record profits.
  • Blunt Rochester is rated one of the most bipartisan members of Congress. She worked with both parties to expand broadband access to rural communities in Delaware, repair Delaware’s roads and bridges, and add more border patrol agents to protect our border. She will work with anyone if it helps Delaware.
